The Coulters were very active on the Edinburgh folk scene in the late 1960s and 1970s.
Ian MacRae, Ian and Alistair Forrest – all young Clermiston boys at the time – were joined by bassist Jim Ritchie from Penicuik and played a wide range of Scottish, traditional, popular and contemporary music in the clubs, pubs, concert venues and folk nights in the Edinburgh area and beyond!
Going their separate ways in the 1980s, they haven’t played together for more than 30 years.
Happily they’re back together again in Edinburgh and are pleased to invite you to a night of folk nostalgia as The Coulters will be in concert – “One More Time!”
The concert will support Prostate Cancer Charities – a superb cause and one very close to their hearts.
Tickets for this concert are sold out. If you would like to go onto the returns list please click here.
Strictly no admittance before doors open at 7.00 pm. The concert starts at 7.30 pm.
